The Business
We are an established SuDS manufacturing and delivery business based in the beautiful region of South Wales. We are on a mission to deliver a cleaner, greener way to manage surface water sustainability with an ethical, innovative approach with quality at our core.

We are passionate about making a long-lasting difference and are here to leave the world a slightly better place with our products. We are at an exciting stage of our business journey and need people passionate about the environment to join our growing team.

Our business is varied, and due to our planned growth, every day will be different. We are a small but ambitious team, and we are keen to find the right people with the right mindset, outlook and values to join us in our mission.

In return you’ll get to work flexibly dealing with varied tasks, working with great customers and seeing our products in action onsite with our customers.
We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a values lead business. When you need a day off, then you’ll get the full-time equivalent of 30 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays).

All of our team are required to work remotely with their place of work based at their home address, and there is a requirement for regular travel to the Bristol/South Wales area, at least once a fortnight.

The Role
We are looking for an Admin and Logistics Coordinator who is able to confidently and calmly ground ideas and inspiration into action. You will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to communicate with a wide range of people to make things happen.

You will enjoy organising and prioritising work independently in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

You will have a passion for sustainability and you’ll have the confidence to step outside of your comfort zone at times to meet the needs of an ambitious business. For example, to assist with education workshops and national shows.
